Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor for a 16-hour contract, with weekend availability. You will support the Shop Manager to drive exceptional customer experiences, maintain visual standards, and manage stock and promotions on the shop floor.

You will lead, train and motivate the team, ensuring compliance with data protection and health & safety policies while promoting multichannel shopping to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and fashion environments is preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach a team to deliver great customer experiences.
• Strong understanding of in-store KPIs and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service across the Customer Journey.
• Promote and collect customer data in line with data protection regulations and drive email sign-ups.
• Introduce customers to multichannel shopping options and endless aisle opportunities.
• Maintain high visual standards in store, assist with floor moves, mannequins and window displays.
• Make commercial decisions on stock, promotions, and opportunities to drive sales.
• Lead team briefs in management absence and motivate the team to hit targets.
