Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host to deliver outstanding in-store experiences. You will work as part of the Retail team, report to the Shop Manager, and help drive sales through friendly service and product knowledge.

This 4-hour per week contract may require weekend availability. You will engage customers, support stock and events, and uphold brand visuals across the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experience at the point of sale.
• Present products to maintain high visual standards and support buying decisions.
• Assist with stock, replenishment and shop floor operations.
