White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor on a 16-hour contract in Ringwood to lead the team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will work with the Shop Manager to maintain store standards, visuals, and commercial performance, while developing and training staff.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, managing stock and promotions, and guiding the team to achieve KPIs in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or fashion environment preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to lead a team.
• Weekend availability may be required and is noted in the role description.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service in line with ACE pillars.
• Coach the team and conduct team briefs in the manager's absence to drive targets.
• Promote multichannel shopping and support email sign-ups while assisting customers.
