Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor in York for a 16-hour contract, weekend availability may be required. The role sits within our Retail team and involves leading by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences, supporting the Shop Manager with commercial, visual and operational standards, and developing the team.

• Assist in stock and promotions planning to drive sales.
• Support management with team motivation and briefings.
• Ensure health, safety and store procedures are followed.
