White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host to deliver exceptional service on the shop floor and participate in visual merchandising, stock replenishment and multichannel sales. You will engage customers, promote promotions, and support events while representing the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

The role requires weekend availability on an 8-hour part-time contract and a passion for fashion and retail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and embody our ACE pillars.
• Present products with strong visual standards and assist with floor moves and replenishment.
• Process deliveries and support stock management and click-and-collect processes.
• Engage customers in promotions and brand events; participate in team briefs and store compliance.
