Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor to lead a team on the shop floor, deliver an outstanding customer experience and help run commercial and visual standards. You will work closely with the Shop Manager to train and develop the team while maintaining strong floor presence and brand integrity.

You will be expected to contribute to floor planning, stock replenishment, promotions and KPI awareness while supporting a positive, collaborative retail environment and delivering the best

Responsibilities

• Leading by example and coaching the team to deliver excellent customer service in line with the ACE pillars throughout the Customer Journey.
• Promoting and compiling customer information in line with data protection regulations, driving email conversions and sign ups.
• Introducing customers to multichannel shopping through endless aisle orders.
