White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor in the UK to lead a high‑performing Retail team. You will coach staff, uphold brand standards, manage stock and visual presentation, and support shop promotions and daily operations.

The role emphasizes weekend availability on a 12‑hour contract basis, with a strong focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience and achieving commercial targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service in line with our ACE pillars
• Coach and support the team to achieve shop targets and KPIs
• Coordinate visual standards, stock replenishment and floor moves
• Assist with promotions, events and weekly trading calendars
• Manage daily shop operations, cash handling and paperwork
• Support training, wellbeing initiatives and effective team communication
