Arnold Clark in Glasgow is seeking a weekend Customer Service Executive, known as a Product Genius, focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience. The role develops product knowledge and communication skills, both in person and digitally, to help customers make confident vehicle choices.

You’ll receive training and have clear progression into car sales within a supportive branch team, with weekend hours and a focus on delivering a superb showroom experience.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with strong people skills.
• Positive attitude drives great customer experiences.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Able to work well in a team and learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support the Sales department and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Swot up on vehicles and manufacturers.
