Job summary

Arnold Clark Group is hiring a Product Genius to enhance the showroom experience and guide customers through the sales journey, from enquiry to delivery. You will learn about our vehicles and communicate effectively to help customers make the right choice.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, with structured training and clear career progression into car sales. A five-day week includes weekends, with a 38-hour schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• 2) Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative.
• 3) Full UK driving licence is essential.
• 4) Eagerness to progress within the role toward car sales.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support the Sales department and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Learn about vehicles and manufacturers to advise customers.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
