Arnold Clark Group in Warrington is seeking Customer Service Executives to create an outstanding customer experience in our Motorstore. As a Product Genius, you will learn about our products and help customers make the right choice when buying a vehicle, with full support from the branch management.

You’ll join a collaborative team, receive training, and have clear career progression into car sales, with a five-day week on a set rota including weekends (38 hours).

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Able to work on own initiative and in a team.
• Eager to progress into car sales.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support the Sales department and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Learn about our vehicles and manufacturers.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
