Job summary

Arnold Clark in Preston is hiring Customer Service Executives, known as Product Geniuses, to deliver an exceptional in-branch customer experience and help customers choose the right vehicle. You’ll learn about our products and the sales journey, working closely with the management team in-branch.

This role supports a five-day, 38-hour week including weekends, with training and clear progression into car sales. A great team environment awaits with opportunities to grow your career.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to go the extra mile.
• Desire to progress within the role to car sales.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Supporting the Sales department and delivering excellent customer experience.
• Organising and accompanying customers on test drives.
• Swotting up on our vehicles and manufacturers.
• Learning about our products so you can help our customers find the perfect fit.
• Enhancing the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
