Job summary

Arnold Clark in Kilmarnock is seeking Customer Service Executives to create an outstanding customer experience in our Hyundai/Vanstore branch and help customers get excited about our products. As a Product Genius, you’ll learn about our vehicles and develop your communication skills to guide customers from enquiry to sale and delivery.

Full training is provided, with clear progression into car sales for motivated individuals. Hours include weekends, with a 38-hour week on a set rota.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support Sales department and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Learn about our vehicles to help customers find the best fit.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
