Arnold Clark Group in Scotland is seeking a Product Genius to focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience in-branch. You will become the in-house expert on products, guiding customers through the journey from enquiry to delivery with strong product knowledge and communication skills.

We offer a structured training path, a supportive management team, and clear career progression into car sales. The role includes a 38-hour week over five days, with weekends in rotation.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Able to work on your own initiative and in a team.
• Eager to progress within the role towards car sales.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support Sales department to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Learn about vehicles and manufacturers.
• Develop product knowledge to help customers find the right fit.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
