Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Greenock is hiring Customer Service Executives at our East Hamilton Street branch. You’ll be known as a Product Genius, focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience and helping customers choose the right vehicle.

You’ll receive extensive training, a set 38-hour week including weekends, and a benefits package with generous holiday, private healthcare and pension. A clear pathway into car sales awaits ambitious team players.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and a positive attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Keen to progress into car sales.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support the Sales department and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Learn about vehicles and manufacturers.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
• Work within a friendly, inclusive branch team.
