Unite Group is hiring an Operations Assistant to support residents in our student housing brands Unite Students and Hello Student. The role focuses on delivering a warm, safe and engaging resident experience, from check-ins to events, across Fridays and Saturdays.

You will be the friendly face in the building, handling enquiries, guiding residents and coordinating bookings while supporting day-to-day operations and safety procedures.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment.
• Ability to deliver great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings, helping drive occupancy and retention.
• Support resident engagement activities, helping create a welcoming and vibrant community.
• Respond to maintenance issues, raising requests for resolution and ensuring safety.
• Carry out building checks and support safety procedures to keep the property safe and compliant.
• Support emergency response procedures when required.
• Maintain high property standards in communal areas and ensure presentation is strong.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Record enquiries, cases and operational issues in internal systems.
