Unite Group is seeking an Operations Assistant to create a welcoming, safe and engaging environment for residents and visitors across Unite Students and Hello Student brands. You’ll support check-ins, viewings and day-to-day inquiries, helping drive occupancy and a vibrant community.

Join a busy property team focused on delivering great resident experiences, collaborating to maintain high standards and safety across the buildings.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable in busy, varied environments.
• Experience in student accommodation or hospitality is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings, helping drive occupancy and retention.
• Support resident engagement activities, helping create a welcoming and vibrant community.
• Respond to maintenance issues, making safe where required and raising requests for resolution.
• Carry out building checks and support safety procedures, ensuring the property remains safe and compliant.
• Support emergency response procedures when required.
• Maintain high property standards, ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and well presented.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Record enquiries, cases and operational issues accurately within internal systems.
