Unite Group (Unite Students and Hello Student brands) is seeking an Operations Assistant to foster a welcoming, safe environment for residents. You will support check-ins, viewings and day-to-day operations, becoming the friendly face of the building.

You’ll engage with residents, handle enquiries and contribute to a vibrant student community. Prior service experience is valued, with team collaboration at the core.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment.
• Enjoy working with people and delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to handle a busy environment.
• Confident handling enquiries, complaints and resident requests.
• Team player who supports colleagues when needed.
• Experience in student accommodation, hospitality or residential environments is beneficial but not essential.

Mansioni

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings, helping drive occupancy and retention.
• Support resident engagement activities, helping create a welcoming and vibrant community.
• Respond to maintenance issues, making safe where required and raising requests for resolution.
• Carry out building checks and support safety procedures, ensuring the property remains safe and compliant.
• Support emergency response procedures when required.
• Maintain high property standards, ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and well presented.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Record enquiries, cases and operational issues accurately within internal systems.
