Unite Group, through Unite Students and Hello Student brands, seeks an Operations Assistant to welcome residents, handle enquiries, and help daily operations. You’ll be the friendly face supporting check-ins, viewings, and events, contributing to a safe, engaging environment.

This role focuses on delivering great resident experiences, resolving issues promptly, and working with the team to maintain vibrant student communities. No strict career path required, just a passion for service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings, helping drive occupancy and retention.
• Support resident engagement activities, helping create a welcoming and vibrant community.
• Respond to maintenance issues, making safe where required and raising requests for resolution.
• Carry out building checks and support safety procedures, ensuring the property remains safe and compliant.
• Support emergency response procedures when required.
• Maintain high property standards, ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and well presented.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Record enquiries, cases and operational issues accurately within internal systems.
