Unite Group is seeking an Operations Assistant to help create a welcoming, safe and engaging environment for residents and visitors. You will be the friendly face of the building, handling enquiries, supporting the resident journey from check-ins to viewings, and helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

You will work with the property team to deliver outstanding resident experiences, respond to maintenance issues, and support events that foster a vibrant student community.

Competenze

• You don't need a traditional path; passion for customer service and ability to connect with people.
• Experience in a customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment.
• Enjoy delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Be proactive, organised and comfortable in a busy, varied environment.
• Confident handling enquiries, complaints and resident requests.
• Enjoy teamwork and supporting colleagues when needed.
• Experience in student accommodation, hospitality or residential environments is beneficial but not essential.

Mansioni

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings to drive occupancy and retention.
• Support resident engagement activities to create a welcoming community.
• Respond to maintenance issues and raise requests for resolution.
• Carry out building checks and support safety procedures to keep the property compliant.
• Support emergency response procedures when required.
• Maintain high property standards in communal areas and keep them well presented.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Record enquiries, cases and operational issues accurately within internal systems.
