Unite Group, operating Unite Students and Hello Student brands, is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our property team. You will greet residents and visitors, handle enquiries, run check-ins/check-outs, and support events to build a vibrant student community.

This role focuses on delivering a great resident experience day-to-day, maintaining safety and standards, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations across our student housing sites.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable in a busy, varied environment.
• Confident handling enquiries, complaints and resident requests.
• Experience in student accommodation or hospitality would be beneficial but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the full resident journey including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings to drive occupancy.
• Support resident engagement activities to create a welcoming community.
• Respond to maintenance issues and raise requests for resolution.
• Carry out building checks and support safety procedures.
• Support emergency response procedures when required.
• Maintain high property standards in communal areas.
• Record enquiries and operational issues in internal systems.
