Qualifications

• Knowledge of and/or experience in a customer-focused environment
• Understanding and application of good customer service principles
• Demonstrable organisational skills with a methodical approach to prioritising tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve service aims

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and IT/information support to library users
• Assist with library activities and ensure shelving and book handling is tidy
• Issue and return books and help users locate resources and information
