Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards
  • Oversee production of all dishes assigned to your station
  • Maintain high quality standards for all dishes
  • Communicate effectively with all other team members
  • Collaborate with head chef to develop and taste new recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
  • Must be able to cover all shifts required to support operation

Skills

Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines

Education

One year proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role
