Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting for a Resolution Specialist in the United Kingdom. The role is office-based at our Bescot Headquarters, with 16 hours per week on Saturdays and Sundays, from 6am to 12am. The pay is £12.71 per hour plus an uncapped bonus, and you must be available for full-time training.

You will take ownership of breakdown calls, assess the best solution, and manage the situation end-to-end while keeping members informed with proactive updates.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of breakdown calls and quickly understand the customer situation and vulnerabilities.
• Assess cover and identify the best solution, from remote fixes to arranging assistance or onward travel.
• Manage the situation end-to-end from first call through to resolution.
• Provide clear, proactive updates so members always know what’s happening.
