Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a Resolution Specialist to support our members on Saturdays and Sundays from 6am to 12am, at our Bescot Headquarters. This office-based role offers 16 hours per week and requires completing full-time training to deliver calm, confident help when breakdowns occur.

Responsibilities include owning calls, assessing coverage, coordinating solutions, and providing proactive updates until resolution, while using multiple systems to manage information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of breakdown calls and quickly understanding the customer's situation and vulnerabilities.
• Assessing cover and arranging the best solution, from remote fixes to arranging assistance or onward travel.
• Managing the situation end-to-end from first call to resolution.
• Keeping members informed with clear, proactive updates on progress.
