Interaction Recruitment is seeking a part-time Resolution Specialist for our UK-based operations. You will handle breakdown calls with empathy, assess cover options, and coordinate the most suitable resolution while guiding customers through the process.

You will provide timely updates, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a calm, reassuring customer experience across the service chain.

• Manages the incident end-to-end from first call to resolution.
