Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a Resolution Specialist to join our busy, office-based team at the Bescot Headquarters. You will take ownership of breakdown calls, assess the situation, and coordinate the most effective solution while keeping members informed with proactive updates.

Flexible scheduling includes shifts from 4:30pm to 12am, across Monday to Sunday. A full-time training period is provided, with a base pay of £12.71 per hour plus uncapped bonus potential.

• Experience in delivering stand-out customer service under pressure.
• Ability to build trust quickly and communicate clearly in challenging situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement under pressure.
• Confident handling information across multiple systems.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of breakdown calls, understand customer situation and vulnerabilities.
• Assess cover and arrange the best solution (remote fixes, assistance, or onward travel).
• Manage the situation end-to-end from first call to resolution.
• Provide clear, proactive updates to members throughout the process.
