Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting for a Resolution Specialist on an ongoing temporary basis at our Media City Headquarters. You’ll take ownership of breakdown calls, assess the situation, and arrange the best solution—from remote fixes to onward travel—while keeping members informed.

Training is provided (two weeks, Mon-Fri). Hours are 35 per week, with shift flexibility across early, afternoon and late slots; this is an office-based role that requires proactive, confident communication

• Ability to build trust quickly and communicate with confidence and clarity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement under pressure.
• Confident using multiple systems and handling information accurately.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of breakdown calls, understanding the customer’s situation and vulnerabilities.
• Assessing cover and arranging the best solution from remote fixes to assistance or onward travel.
• Managing the situation end-to-end from first call to resolution.
• Keeping members informed with clear, proactive updates on progress.
