Overview

Reliable and compassionate Care Assistants required for a Care Home situated in the Nottingham NG7 area, specialising in providing care for those with physical and/or dementia related illness.

As a Care Assistant, you will work to empower residents to remain as independent as possible in their daily routines. You will aid their mobility and nutritional needs, whilst ensuring that physical and psychological wellbeing is the utmost priority.

  • Promoting the welfare of the adults in your care
  • Providing personal care
  • Assisting with feeding, bathing, and dressing

No two days will be the same! If you are an effective team player with a positive attitude, this is a rewarding role.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience within a similar care environment
  • Checkable work history
  • Up-to-date mandatory training documents: Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. If you do not have up-to-date certificates, online training can be offered for an added fee
  • In-date enhanced DBS check; if your DBS has expired, we can arrange a new one

This is an ongoing opportunity and rewarding role.

Working days: Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 22:00.

Hourly rate: £12.35 per hour, plus up to 28 accrued holiday pay.
