We are working with a growing FinTech Wealth Management firm in London who deliver institutional-style solutions to highly sophisticated private clients. They are looking to hire at the analyst level currently, to work as part of their client-facing team. This is one of the most exciting and impressive FinTechs that have launched in the last 10 years and have already grown assets significantly over a sustained period. They are looking to hire a client services analyst who can take on plenty of responsibility. Their culture is progressive, collegiate and best described as high performance but low ego. After a highly successful 2025, they are looking to grow their team substantially as part of their structured growth plan.

They are a highly entrepreneurial firm who have disrupted the Private Wealth space by utilising technology and data in innovative ways, allowing them to take a transparent and client focused approach. In the last couple of years this firm have grown their client and asset base and are looking to continue to grow their team as a result. One simple differentiator is the sheer level of their success which has been driven by an exceptionally high calibre team, and an extremely positive work environment and team spirit. The hire will become the escalation point within the client team, ensuring the flawless execution of client-related operational tasks. Responsibilities

• Acting as the operational conduit point for all payment transfers, cash movements, and time-sensitive capital calls.
• Overseeing fund collection and invoicing, working to resolve any complicated payment issues.
• Overseeing the accuracy, security, and compliance of client data and advice records, including leading data remediation projects.
• Handling complex client communications promptly and with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 12–24 months’ experience in financial services (e.g. administration, operations, or client services), either institutional or retail.
• Strong academic background (2:1 degree or higher).
• Started or working toward professional qualifications such as CFA, CISI, or CII.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a highly responsive and solutions-driven mindset.
• Attention to detail, highly organised, and comfortable working to deadlines.
• A proactive, independent thinker who thrives in an entrepreneurial, client-focused environment.
• Strong interest in Wealth Management and commitment to progressing into an advisory role.
