Overview

Our client is part of a large multi‑disciplinary company with a large turnover. They provide a specialised range of environmental, water, air hygiene, asbestos and other services to both private and public sectors across the UK. Due to the business requirements, they are now seeking an ambitious and self‑driven National Water Treatment Contract Manager based in the West Midlands – but will be responsible for the North West and Midlands area.

Responsibilities
  • Take the operational lead and responsibility for all contracts and projects ensuring that they are delivered to the highest standards in accordance with specified SLA’s, KPI’s and internal business targets.
  • Be responsible for the delivery of an on‑time, to‑budget, quality and technically compliant service to our clients.
  • Responsibility for all water treatment contracts and projects ensuring that they are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Mobilisation and implementation of new contracts, projects and services.
  • Manage an established operational team of Water Treatment Account Managers, Supervisors, Consultants, Surveyors, Technicians.
  • Manage a team of admin staff.
  • Manage staff to ensure efficient service delivery in line with business targets within defined budgets.
  • Monitor, measure and report on all aspects of operational performance.
  • Monitor, measure and report on training, performance and development of staff.
  • Ensure that all operational, health, safety, environmental and quality policies & procedures are implemented and ensuring compliance.
  • Will be focused, versatile, and have the ability to manage the business effectively and take it to the next level.
  • Maintain a good relationship with new and existing clients.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
