Job description

Our client is a successful and well-established water treatment company and due to further expansion they are now looking to employ a hard-working, competent Water Treatment Engineer to work on a variety of contracts in the Southall region. Applications from Hayes, Brentford, Wembley, Hounslow and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong chemical, water treatment/hygiene background
• Previous experience working as a water treatment engineer in the water treatment industry
• A good working knowledge of water treatment industry and legislation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Competent with Microsoft office package

Role

• Carrying out cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold water systems, boilers and cooling towers, steam boilers, CWST, etc.
• Temperature monitoring, conducting routine sampling, analysing water systems and interpreting the results
• Planned preventative maintenance on all dosing equipment
• Getting involved with Domestic – L8 monitoring and general L8 works
• Maintain paperwork for all work completed
• Build and maintain a good working relationship with the client/customers
