Responsibilities

• Attend site and liaise with clients to survey new and existing client enquiries and jobs.
• Interpret client requirements and build a specification detailing all site survey information.
• Liaise with the Project Manager to define the specification and costs.
• Enter all site survey information onto company job costing system.
• Produce detailed scope and pricing document.
• Assist with procuring materials and organising site attendance.
• Compile and issue job/project specific RAMS and health and safety paperwork.
• Carry out supervisory visits ensuring compliance with RAMS.
• Ensure adherence to onsite policies/procedures.
