Qualifications

• Experience within Civil Engineering/Construction, preferably in Water.
• Active experience with planning techniques for tendering and contract delivery.
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a resourced programme and review outcomes.
• Contribute to the risk register and undertake risk analysis.
• Manage controlled project documentation efficiently.
• Provide links between all planning community parties.
• Define methods in consultation with team members.
