Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience in an Assistant Project Manager role.
• Familiarity with water regulations and construction practices.
• Desirable to have a project management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in daily management and coordination of projects.
• Attend project sites to monitor progress and compliance.
• Help with preparation of monthly status reports and cost analysis.
• Support in liaising with stakeholders for smooth project progression.
• Assist in managing small and medium-sized projects.
• Conduct Domestic Water Regulation Inspections and ensure compliance.
• Support production of project documentation and reporting.
