  • Perform temperature monitoring and routine sampling.
  • Install and maintain dosing systems.

Our client is a well‑established and successful water hygiene company that has recently won new contracts. They are looking for an experienced and competent Water Hygiene Engineer to join their busy workforce based in and around the Fife area. Applicants from Falkland, Perth, Forfar, Edinburgh and surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Good chemical, technical and water hygiene/water treatment background
  • Experience working as a water hygiene engineer
  • Plumbing experience would be advantageous
  • Good working knowledge of the water treatment industry and its legislations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Cover contracts for residential, commercial and industrial properties
  • Disinfect mains water systems, conduct tank cleans, descales and remedial work
  • Monitor client air and water systems to ensure compliance with current Health and Safety legislation
  • Clean and chlorinate hot and cold‑water systems and cooling towers
  • Perform temperature monitoring, routine sampling and analysis of water systems
  • Install and maintain dosing systems
  • Provide accurate reports and maintain paperwork
  • Maintain a good working relationship with clients
