Water Hygiene Engineer - Based in North/East Midlands area

£26000-£32000 + Van + Benefits

Water Consultancy are looking for a Water Hygiene Engineer to join a team covering a mixture of health care sites across North/East Midlands. This Water Hygiene Engineer will receive training where needed but will need a sound understanding of sampling, monitoring, flushing and descaling of shower heads, taps and pipework.

Minimum skill level

• 2+ years working as a Water Hygiene Engineer or Water Hygiene Technician
• Knowledge of ACoP L8 and HSG 274
• Full driving license
• Ability to cover North/East Midlands and surrounding areas

Training will allow the Water Hygiene Engineer the opportunity to pick up additional legionella qualifications, covering closed system analysis, CWST and cooling towers plus a career path to move into risk assessing or remedial plumbing.
