Job summary

Primary Water Solutions in Swindon is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our customer base and identify new opportunities in water compliance, Legionella risk management and treatment services.

You will build relationships with facilities managers and senior decision-makers, manage your own sales pipeline from initial contact through to contract award, and represent the company in client meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in water hygiene, Legionella compliance or water treatment.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow accounts.
• Comfortable discussing pricing, proposals and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in water compliance and treatment.
• Build relationships with facilities managers, estates teams and decision-makers.
• Generate and manage your own sales pipeline from contact to contract award.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and networking opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and work with operations to deliver solutions.
• Prepare proposals and commercial presentations.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Maintain records of opportunities and pipeline progression.
