Job summary

Primary Water Solutions, now part of Celnor Group, is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our water compliance customer base in London. You will manage relationships with facilities managers, estates teams and contractors, building long‑term partnerships and driving opportunities in the water hygiene sector.

This role requires prior water industry experience, full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Must have prior business development experience in the water industry.
• Strong understanding of water hygiene, Legionella compliance or water treatment.
• Capability to discuss pricing, proposals and contracts with clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across water hygiene, Legionella, water treatment and compliance.
• Build relationships with facilities managers, estates teams and senior decision‑makers.
• Generate and manage your own sales pipeline from contact to contract award.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and networking events.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, activity and pipeline progression.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers of new business.
