Primary Water Solutions Limited is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our customer base in the water compliance sector from Swindon. You will identify opportunities, manage relationships with facilities managers, estates teams, property professionals and contractors, and convert opportunities into long-term contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in water industry and Legionella compliance preferred.
• Strong understanding of water hygiene, water treatment and associated services.
• Proven track record of generating new business and developing accounts.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across water compliance market.
• Build relationships with facilities managers, estates teams and contractors.
• Generate and manage a sales pipeline from first contact to contract award.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and networking events.
• Understand customer requirements and collaborate with operations to deliver solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations.
• Develop existing accounts and explore additional services.
• Maintain records of opportunities and pipeline progress.
