Job summary

TWC Services is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager focused on water hygiene and Legionella compliance. Based in London with remote work options, you will grow our customer base and manage relationships across the water compliance sector.

You will identify opportunities, build pipelines, and present proposals to key decision-makers. A proven track record in the water industry and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in water hygiene, Legionella or water treatment industries.
• Proven ability to turn opportunities into long-term relationships.
• Able to discuss compliance requirements with clients clearly.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of new business development and grow existing relationships.
• Identify and develop opportunities across water hygiene, Legionella, water treatment and compliance.
• Build relationships with facilities managers, estates teams, property professionals and other decision-makers.
• Generate and manage your own sales pipeline from contact to contract award.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and networking opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations.
• Maintain records of opportunities and pipeline progression.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover of new business.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.
• Represent TWC professionally to build long-term client partnerships.
