Overview

Stafforce are looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our client as Warehouse & Transport Coordinators. This role is central to keeping warehouse operations running smoothly, ensuring parcels are sorted, drivers are supported, and customers receive excellent service.

Shift Patterns (Late Shifts)

• 12:30pm - 9:30pm
• 1:30pm - 10:30pm
• 2:30pm - 11:30pm
• Rota varies depending on business needs: Mon-Fri, Tues-Sat, or Wed-Sun

Pay

£13.77 per hour (rising after 12 weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Complete driver and parcel checks
• Handle customer calls and emails
• Sort, organise, and prepare parcels for delivery
• Load/unload parcels and maintain a tidy workspace
• Repackage damaged parcels where needed
• Verify shipping labels and ensure accurate routing
• Support drivers and ensure smooth daily operations
• Collaborate with the team to meet targets and deadlines
• Report any discrepancies, damage, or safety concerns

What We Are Looking For

• Previous warehouse or parcel sorting experience (preferred)
• Confidence using computers (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift/move parcels and work on your feet
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holiday
