Warehouse Team Leader – Location: Northampton – Salary: £40,000 per annum – Hours: Full-time, Tuesday to Saturday - PM Shift

Omnia Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader to oversee a designated operational area, ensuring safe, efficient, and first-class service delivery. The Area Manager will play a key role in embedding continuous improvement initiatives, delivering on site KPI performance, and leading a values-driven culture that inspires and develops teams.

Key Responsibilities as Warehouse Team Leader
  • Take accountability for Health & Safety within your area, ensuring compliance and driving a safety-first culture.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse operational team, fostering engagement and succession planning.
  • Optimise warehouse layouts, resource planning, and stock management to maximise efficiency.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs including Safety, Service, Engagement, and Performance.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards through audits, 5S, and performance management.
