Overview

GXO Logistics Supply Chain Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Team Leader for our Southampton site. You will lead a high-performing team of flexible and engaged colleagues, focusing on delivering operational excellence. This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible days worked from 5 days out of 7 and shift patterns available: 7:00am–3:30pm or 1:30pm–10:00pm.

You will be paid up to £29,000 per annum. What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

• Responsible for daily supervision of operatives and agency staff in line with operational requirements
• Ensure systems are utilized to enable the operation to run daily
• Oversee replenishment, DRP, picking, packing, returns and shipping
• Assess resource requirements based on forecasts and complete daily bookings of agency staff
• Ensure Quality, Health & Safety and operational procedures are maintained, with all incidents reported accurately and timely as per company standard
