Location: Kettering

Hours: (Apply online only), some weekend working

Salary: Up to £31,556 per annum (DOE)

My Kettering based client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join them on a permanent basis on their early shift.

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you won't just be managing the day-to-day, you'll be shaping the future of the team. You'll inspire, coach, and develop a group of individuals, helping them grow, all while managing and exceeding safety, quality and productivity goals. You'll be the go-to person for creating a positive, inclusive and high performing environment where everyone feels valued and heard.

You'll have a natural ability to build strong relationships, be someone who isn't afraid to get stuck in and knows how to keep the wheels turning. While still having a focus on resource management, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement. An ability to coach, mentoring and influence change will be what sets you apart for this role.
