We’re looking for Warehouse Supervisors to take responsibility for our repack operations at Princes Bradford. This is a full‑time, permanent role working on shifts (6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm), offering a salary of up to £28,000 per annum.

What you’ll do on a typical day
  • Lead and supervise the repack team to deliver daily volumes safely, efficiently and to customer specification
  • Oversee repack operations, ensuring accuracy, quality control and timely completion of work orders
  • Monitor productivity, provide coaching and support staff development within the repack function
  • Ensure all paperwork, system updates and reports are completed accurately
  • Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams and customers to resolve queries and maintain service standards
  • Maintain a safe working environment, making sure H&S standards and company policies are followed
What you need to succeed
  • Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or production / repack environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Good computer literacy, with basic Excel knowledge
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Confident communicator who can deal effectively with colleagues, drivers and customers
  • A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement
