Warehouse Supervisor Vacancy

Company based in Luton.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, day shift 09:30 – 18:00

Pay Rate: £14.50ph

Contract Duration: 3 months through agency and then 6 months contract with company.

Key Responsibilities of Warehouse Supervisor:

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflows in your designated area.
2. Lead a team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
3. Drive Health & Safety initiatives and ensure compliance.
4. Maintain stock accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
5. Train, develop, and support a multi-skilled team.
6. Communicate effectively across departments and external stakeholders.

Experience and Knowledge Requirements:

1. Proven experience in warehouse operations and team leadership.
2. Strong Health & Safety knowledge and a track record of safe practices.
3. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
4. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
5. Hands-on leadership style with a focus on collaboration.
6. Physical ability to manage warehouse activities (standing, lifting up to 20kg).
