We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our industrial laundry operation. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, high-quality output, and effective staff supervision across all laundry and cutlery rolling departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure production processes across all departments (wash house, tumble dryers, ironers, airline cutlery preparation) operate smoothly and meet production demands.
  • Monitor and maintain high quality standards, ensuring all finished goods meet required specifications.
  • Plan and manage daily production to maximise factory efficiency and ensure targets are met.
  • Supervise staff, including productivity management and workstation allocation.
  • Oversee fleet checks, including reviewing daily van check sheets and arranging minor tasks such as bulb changes when required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within an industrial, manufacturing, or laundry environment.
  • Strong organisational and people-management skills.
  • Ability to work hands‑on and resolve minor mechanical or operational issues.
  • Driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
  • A 5‑year reference check will be required, covering both employment and residency history.
