Warehouse Supervisor - Ashington

Jackson Hogg have partnered with a leading manufacturer to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage all warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and develop the warehouse team, including training, performance, and day-to-day tasks.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and stock management, including space allocation and rotation.
  • Coordinate the timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, resolving issues such as early collections or late deliveries.
  • Oversee compliance with Health & Safety regulations, perform routine safety checks, and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  • Liaise with internal teams on quality, supply chain, finance, and logistics issues.
  • Maintain and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S disciplines.
  • Manage staff holiday and absence to maintain warehouse efficiency.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE
