Warehouse Stock Operative – Bridgwater

Own transport required. Full driver’s licence and own transport required.

Rate of pay: £24,453 per annum. Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus daily 30‑min unpaid break. Shift patterns: Tuesday‑Saturday, 8‑hour shift between 6 am and 7 pm. Working environment: chilled.

Responsibilities
  • Audit the inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR programme.
  • Audit picker accuracy of stock destined for stores and fully investigate all errors found.
  • Adhere to agreed audit and error‑verification procedures at all times and maintain integrity.
  • Ensure the expected productivity levels are achieved in line with customer expectations.
  • Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.
Job Specifics / Requirements
  • Actively respond to verbal instructions and audible warning devices.
  • Communicate well, both written and verbally.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
