Role: Warehouse Operators

Location: Brackmills, Northampton

Days/Shifts: Mon-Fri 06:00-14:00

Responsibilities
  • Unload, check, and prepare goods for storage or dispatch.
  • Pick, pack, label, and palletise products accurately.
  • Process returned goods and maintain stock integrity.
  • Perform quality checks and support inventory audits.
  • Operate manual handling equipment and complete safety inspections.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  • Report incidents and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Good understanding of health & safety practices.
  • Good level of spoken and written English with the ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
  • Basic IT and data entry skills.
  • Ability to plan and manage own time.
  • MHE licences (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, etc.) desirable.
  • Own transport required.
